The Mark-up tools appear on the left side of the interface and are divided into two groups which allow you to add information, commentary, and analysis to your drawings. These groups are: Red-line tools, and Annotation tools.
The Tools Toggle allows to switch between these two sets of tools. Tap the toggle, and then tap the button for the set of tools you wish to use.
