1. Enter data into all of the relevant fields.
2. Select the appropriate groups for the contact.
3. If an image is available click the Load Image button, navigate to the image, select it, then click OK.                                                                          
4. Click OK to finalize the Contact.

This flips the interface from Group mode into Contact mode.
