Simply tap on the attachment to open it. A dialog will appear to confirm your decision to "Open in AutoCAD WSTurboViewer". Click on the button to continue opening the file.
If you are already signed in to your AutoCAD WS account, the drawing will open immediately. If you are not signed in, you will see the sign-in screen allowing you to sign in using your AutoCAD WS or existing Autodesk credentials. First-time users will be able to create an account from the same screen.
