Drafting Object reference point
Create drafting object from sphere with followed options turned on. Reference point isn't allowed for Entity and Workplane CS, in World CS user can also turn RefPoint functionality on and off:
New drafting object created from sphere, the reference point position will be defined automatically according to centre of extents of source entities. Reference point is defined for DRAFTING PART (with all of its drafting objects), not for each single drafting object in it:
Add other 3D parts to sphere to receive updated drafting object which position is always related to reference point:
To define new reference point position right click on PART object of drafting tree and select Define Reference Point:
Define new reference point position for PART in Model Space:
All drafting objects of a part where reference point position was changed will be updated accordingly to new reference point position:
