Menu: Draw / Circle / Tan, Tan, Rad
Creates a circle tangent to two objects, with a fixed radius.

• Select the first tangent object.
• Select the second tangent object.
• Move the mouse to create the tangent circle, or enter the Radius in the Inspector Bar.
