Relocate Origin
Hotkey:L, Shift+ L
For Relative and Polar coordinates, moves the relative origin.
If you want to fix the relative origin in place, open the Advanced Preferences page and check Fixed relative origin.

If you want to fix the relative origin in place, open the Preference page and check Fixed relative origin.
This option is no more located in the Preference page but in Advanced Preferences.
