Installing TurboCAD LTE / DoubleCAD

To install TurboCAD LTE / DoubleCAD,

Insert the CD into your CD-ROM. If the installation process does not start automatically, select Start / Run from the Windows taskbar and type D:\setup.exe (where D is the drive letter of the CD-ROM).

After you have installed TurboCAD LTE / DoubleCAD , the Setup program creates a program folder. If you choose the default settings, the application is installed in the C:\Program Files\IMSI Design\<ProductName> folder (e.g. TurboCAD LTE XT Pro 4). This folder contains several subfolders that contain TurboCAD LTE program files and related files such as templates, sample drawings, and symbols.The Setup program also creates a program group containing the application icon, as well as shortcuts to the Help and the Readme file.The program group is accessed through the Start menu.Before you start the program, please read the Readme file, which contains the latest information on TurboCAD LTE or DoubleCAD.

To remove TurboCAD LTE / DoubleCAD from your computer:

  1. In Windows, select Start / Settings / Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Select TurboCAD LTE or DoubleCAD from the list.
  4. Click Add/Remove and follow the instructions on the screen.
