Viewing Microsoft Project

Turbo View & Convert supports five different views for Microsoft Project files:

  • Gantt Chart
  • Resource Sheet
  • Resource Usage
  • Task Sheet
  • Task Usage

Toggle between the different views using the tabs at the top of the view, as shown in the screenshot below:

Project Metadata

Turbo View & Convert displays an extensive list of metadata stored in Project files. Open the left information panel to view it. The screenshot below shows only a sample of the total metadata displayed.

 

Converting Microsoft Project Files

You can convert each of the different views to image files, such as JPEG or PNG, by choosing the Save As... button. The view that is currently active (e.g., Gantt) is saved.

Printing Microsoft Project Files

Choose File → Print to print the currently active view. A print dialog appears allowing you to customize the print area before printing.
