Working with Spreadsheets in Version 2

Viewing Spreadsheets

Spreadsheets are displayed in a fashion similar to Microsoft Excel. You can page through worksheets using the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet view, and you can view the contents of individual cells in the top toolbar. There are some limitations for viewing spreadsheets. In particular, charts and other graphics are not supported. Therefore, if your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet contains these elements, they will not be displayed. However, cell formatting, including fonts and colors, as well as formulas, are supported.

Printing Spreadsheets

To print a spreadsheet, choose File → Print... from the application menu. In the resulting dialog, there are many options for formatting your spreadsheet that you can choose. When you are ready, click one of the toolbar print icons to print or choose the PDF save icon to save the spreadsheet to a PDF file.

Saving and Exporting Spreadsheets

To save your spreadsheet, click the Save As... button to open the save dialog and save your spreadsheet in one of several formats, including .XLSX, .XLS, .CSV, .TXT, and .HTML.
