You can use the pattern tool to layout holes.

  1. Create a cube and a point.
  2. Start the Radial Pattern tool
  3. Click the Point as the source object, define the pattern path on the top face of cube. A pattern of points will be created.
  4. Start the Hole Tool.
  5. Select the plane face, select the pattern of points, a PartTree with hole operation will be created.
  6. Select the pattern object in the drawing, and change count of elements, for example. The count of holes in Part Tree will be changed accordingly to copies of elements of Pattern Of Points.
